Therapy Sessions: Availability & Pricing
I offer 50-minute counselling sessions, available Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
You can choose between:
• Face-to-face therapy in Prittlewell, Southend – £50 per session
• Online counselling via Google Meet – from £45 per session (secure and confidential)
I understand that cost can be a concern, so I offer concessions for students, NHS workers, and individuals on a low income—please ask about this when booking.
