Therapy Sessions: Availability & Pricing

I offer 50 - minute counselling sessions, available Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

You can choose between:

• Face - to - face therapy in Prittlewell, Southend – £55 per session

• Online counselling via Google Meet – from £50 per session (secure and confidential).

I understand that cost can be a concern, so I offer concessions for students, NHS workers, and individuals on a low income - please ask about this when booking.
