Working
Together

In-person or online

Warm, supportive counselling and psychotherapy

I offer counselling for young adults finding their path, men who see seeking support as a challenge, those feeling anxious, stressed, or burnt out, and anyone navigating the impact of illness or injury.

When Life Changes Everything

Stroke, brain / life-changing injury, chronic illness, redundancy, divorce, or bereavement - these experiences don’t just change your circumstances, they change everything. Your relationships, your sense of self, your future plans. They can leave you feeling like a stranger in your own life. I get it because I’ve lived it. Together, we’ll process not just what happened to you, but who you’re becoming now and help you find your way in this new reality.

Support Specifically for Men

You’ve been taught men don’t cry, don’t struggle, and certainly don’t need therapy. But what happens when work stress becomes unbearable, your relationship is falling apart, health issues scare you, or depression feels like a constant weight? Struggling doesn’t make you weak - it makes you human. Here, there’s no judgment about showing vulnerability, only respect for the courage it takes to talk about your feelings, show your humanity and to seek support.

For young people finding their way

Being young doesn’t mean your struggles are less valid. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, feeling uncertain about your future, battling low self-esteem, or simply don’t know what direction to take your life - these feelings matter.

I know what it’s like to struggle with confidence and feel lost about where you’re heading. Together, we’ll help you see new possibilities and build genuine confidence from the inside out. We’ll figure it out together.

If you drowning in stress or burnout

Whether it’s work pressure, burnout from taking on too much, anxiety that won’t quit, depression and low mood, anger that feels out of control, workplace bullying, seasonal depression, relationship difficulties, borderline personality disorder, or self-harm - you need more than “self-care tips.” You need someone who understands that sometimes just getting through the day feels like an achievement. Let’s create a safe space where that’s enough, and we’ll build from there.

Why Choose Therapy with Me?

More Than Just Listening - True Understanding

When you walk into my therapy room (or log into our online session), you’re not just another appointment in my day. You’re someone with a unique story, deserving of genuine care and attention. I don’t just hear your words - I listen for what you’re not saying, the emotions behind the experiences, and the strength you might not even know you possess.

My approach is simple yet powerful

I believe you already have the answers within you. My role isn’t to fix you or give you a list of what you should do. Instead, I walk alongside you as you rediscover your own wisdom, untangle complex feelings, and find your path forward.

When Life Throws You a Curveball

Sometimes life doesn’t go according to plan. Maybe you’re dealing with unexpected health challenges, the aftermath of trauma, or simply feeling lost because nothing looks the way you thought it would. Perhaps you’re facing exam stress, workplace bullying, or carrying the weight of past experiences that won’t let you move forward.

You might be here because you’re:

    •    Looking for someone who truly gets it - not just professionally, but personally

    •    Struggling with trauma, brain injury, chronic fatigue, or supporting someone who is

    •    Feeling disconnected from the life you thought you’d be living

    •    Overwhelmed by work pressures, academic stress, or past bullying experiences

    •    Ready to stop just surviving and start genuinely living again

Whatever brought you here, you don’t have to face it alone anymore.
